We search for a gift based on your answers to our questions. You then would have the option to purchase the gift. We charge for each gift search whether or not the gift is purchased.
We provide personalized and online services. We can also accommodate a large number of requests from both individuals and businesses.
Personalized Service

Online Service
When you log onto our website, click on “Create User Account” to create your own personal account. If you are an existing customer, then simply log on with your user name and password.
You will start by answering questions about the person you are shopping for, i.e. gender, age, and occasion.
We will then begin the gift search based on the answers you provided. You will be notified within 48 hours of the result of your gift option through your user account. At this time, you will have the option to purchase the gift. Additional shipping, handling, and sales tax charges will apply. If a gift is not purchased after you receive the results on your user account, then each additional search will be an extra charge. We will send the gift to your loved one via a major shipping carrier.
Shipping MethodsThe shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. We calculate the shipping cost based on the shipping method chosen. We assume all items in your cart are going to one address. If you select multiple addresses, your actual shipping cost may be higher. Your actual shipping cost will be calculated during checkout.
Return Policy
You can return items via USPS or a shipping carrier at your expense. Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Most items must be returned within 14 days of delivery verification via carrier tracking log. Some items are subject to special return policies. We will notify you prior to purchase if special return policies apply.
Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice, and your account will be credited within 7 days of receipt of gift.
